Aluminum Gutters

Aluminum gutters are the most widely used, are very lightweight, less expensive than copper, and come in a variety of paint and metal choices. Aluminum gutters are covered with enamel which protects them against rust but they will rust faster than copper.

Copper Gutters

Copper gutters are known mainly for their aesthetic appeal and beauty but with that beauty comes a price. Copper is stronger and more durable than aluminum, and copper gutters are expected to last as long as your home. Copper gutters will however, need to be professionally installed because they require welds to connect the seams and joints, which contributes to the high cost.
